Submit Company Summary

Individuals interested in becoming a member of the Delta Angel Group should complete the membership application and mail with payment to:

You will be contacted to set up an interview with the membership committee. Once the interview is complete, a representative of the Delta Angel Group Board of Directors will follow up with the decision. Upon membership approval you will receive information regarding events, membership web site password, meeting dates and times along with your payment receipt.

DAG Membership Fees:

The Delta Angel Group has established individual and corporate membership fees:

Individual - $300 per year
Corporate - $1,000 per year

Membership List and Solicitation Policy
The membership list included in the Delta Angel Group online Membership Directory is available as a resource for collaboration amongst current Delta Angel Group members on investment opportunities. The member directory is not to be used for solicitation of other investment opportunities to members. This list should not to be disclosed or distributed to non-members, service providers or other third parties under any circumstances. If you are a professional service provider to entrepreneurs, this does not disqualify you from membership. However, solicitation of companies that submit information to the Delta Angel Group for potential investment is strictly prohibited. You should only join this organization with the intent to be an investor, as opposed to a service provider. Violators of these policies are subject to membership termination.
Guest Policy
Members may bring one non-member guest per luncheon. A member guest must be an accredited investor interested in joining the Delta Angel Group. Guests must attend the membership meeting with the sponsoring Delta Angel Group member and may only attend one meeting as a guest before applying to join. Prospective guests must be approved by a Delta Angel Group board member in advance of the meeting.
Membership Plans
The Delta Angel Group now offers two membership options to accommodate both individual and sponsorship members. Individual investor membership privileges are not transferable to any other individual or entity. No alternate attendees or representatives may be designated for this membership plan. Sponsorship member privileges are transferable to other pre-designated individuals in that investment firm in the absence of the named firm member(s). Up to three firm representative alternates may be designated for a sponsorship plan, but attendance of firm representatives is limited to the firm’s membership plan designated in this application. All members are still expected to abide by the above-mentioned Delta Angel Group Guest Policy.
Member Referred Companies
We always appreciate referrals from members of interesting companies that meet the Delta Angel Group criteria. While we review all plans submitted, we pay particular attention to those referred to us by members or other trusted sources. To let us know you referred a company, please ask the referral company to use your name on the online business plan submission form where it asks how they heard about the Delta Angel Group. Upon seeing your name, a Program Manager may call or email you to obtain any additional information you are willing to share about the company. While most companies referred to us by a member or other trusted source will be scheduled for an in-person interview, there is no guarantee they will be invited to be presenters at a DAG member meeting. A good member reference will help the company’s chances, but all business plans submitted are evaluated on the merits of the business and investment opportunity relative to the other plans submitted recently to the Delta Angel Group.
Membership Renewal
Membership to the Delta Angel Group lasts from one year upon acceptance of your application. You will be notified in advance of the expiration of your membership to renew. The Delta Angel Group reserves the right to change member dues upon expiration of a membership term. Only members in current standing will be invited to attend Delta Angel Group meetings and events.
