What we do

The Delta Angel Group screens and presents promising early stage company investment opportunities to its accredited investor members.  These opportunities are limited to privately held companies with meaninful operations in the Inland Northwest.  While not strictly limited to technology-centric companies, companies with significant growth potential and a defensible competitive advantage will be seriously considered.  Any company that substantially meets the Delta Angel Group investment criteria may submit their company information for consideration and the opportunity to present their investment opportunity to the members of the Delta Angel Group.

Who can join

The Delta Angel Group is actively expanding its network of members. Only accredited investors, as defined by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, may become members of the Delta Angel Group.  The Delta Angel Group strives to provide its members with promising investment opportunities, valuable tools and resources to assist in evaluating investment opportunities, as well as the opportunity to collaborate with other accredited investors in our region.  Members are encouraged to be active investors in private equity offerings from time to time, and are expected to remain in good standing with the organization.

Who we are
Established February 2003, the Delta Angel Group is a nonprofit alliance of accredited investors located in Spokane, WA, who have a common interest in investing with technology-centric businesses in Eastern Washington, Idaho and Montana who are seeking early stage funding.  The group is very interested in northwest technology companies that have good prospects for growth and promise generous returns to stakeholders and the community.  The Delta Angel Group is not an investment fund, and is limited to accredited investors as defined by the SEC.
