Individuals interested in membership to the Delta Angel Group will be reviewed against the following membership criteria:

Accredited Investor as defined by the U.S Securities and Exchange Commission.
Confirmed intent to early stage investments.
Sponsorship by a current Delta Angel Group member.
Approval by the Delta Angel Group executive board.
