Submit Company Summary

Company proposals that meet the DAG Investment Criteria will be forwarded to the DAG Investment Review Committee for consideration. The Committee will select those proposals that best meet the Investment Criteria and appoint a committee member to contact the company for additional information. The DAG does not sign non-disclosure agreements, therefore, do not include confidential information.

The following outlines the Delta Angel Group review process for potential company investment opportunities:

1. If the company meets the investment criteria, the company summary is accepted and will remain active on the Delta Angel Group web site for 120 days. The company summary will be accessible by Delta Angel Group members, who are able to review company information electronically via the secure, password protected area of the website, and may collaborate with one another via an online directory.

2. If selected by the Investment Review Committee, the company summary will receive an in-depth review with the Delta Angel Group Program Managers.

3. If the Investment Review Committee believes the proposed investment will be attractive to the Delta Angel Group membership, the company will be contacted to schedule a presentation review. The presentation review gives the committee an opportunity to ask appropriate questions, coach the presenter and ensure that the company is prepared to present their investment opportunity to the membership.

4. If selected by the Investment Review Committee, the company is invited to present at the Deltal Angel Group monthly member meeting. The committee will generally conduct some independent research on the company, target markets, patents, competitors, etc. This information will be added to that provided by the company for the Delta Angel Group members to review prior to the company presentation to the membership.

Do not include confidential information. Delta Angel Group does not sign Non-Disclosure Agreements for initial proposals. If there is sufficient interest, an NDA may be negotiated at a later time.
